As a registered customer can I use product descriptions and pictures?
Yes, registered customer can use product content for their websites
How to place order?
When you sold anything from your website or auction, you need to collect payment from your customers and then place order trough your trade account at sotechsystems.com. We take care about the item packing and shipping. Item can be shipped to you or straight to your customer.
How long it takes to process orders and get it shipped?
You can see estimate processing period in every product description. As soon as order shipped we will provide you with online tracking info, so you and your customer can check the package status
Do you accept returns or product exchanges?
Sure we do, Please read our returns policy which is available in every product description page. Simply fill out RMA form and advise your customer to follow return process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do drop ship to virtually any Country. There is exceptions due to the lack of post services in African Countries, Italy, Mexico
