| When you sold anything from your website or auction, you need to collect payment from your customers and then place order trough your trade account at sotechsystems.com. We take care about the item packing and shipping. Item can be shipped to you or straight to your customer. |

| You can see estimate processing period in every product description. As soon as order shipped we will provide you with online tracking info, so you and your customer can check the package status |
| Do you accept returns or product exchanges? |

| Yes, we do drop ship to virtually any Country. There is exceptions due to the lack of post services in African Countries, Italy, Mexico |
