This XADO Engine Cylinder Repair Revitalizant designed for restoring repair and further wear protection of the engine cylinder's piston group without disassembling the car engine.

After XADO Cylinder Revitalizant treatment the cylinders internal  diameter  is  reduced and ellipse form disappears.

How XADO Cylinders Restore works:

During revitalization of the engine a cermet layer, grown on the crystal lattice of the metal surface layer, is formed on the parts` surfaces of the cylinder-piston group. So, the conventional metal to metal contact is replaced by a practically non-wearing cermet to cermet contact.

How to apply XADO cylinder geometry restore revitalizant:

1. Warm up the engine to the working temperature.

2. Twist  out  the  plug  from  the  cylinder;  disconnect the central cable of the sensor of ignition timing and switchboard.

3. For  2-stroke  engines,  put  the  piston  to  the upper "dead" point (to avoid the gel getting to inlet and exhaust ports).

4. Squeeze XADO gel revitalizant out the contents of one tube into the cylinder. Attention!  Squeeze  out  the  contents  of  the tube  onto  the  cylinder  wall and  not  onto  the piston.

5. Let  the  piston  have  15-20  strokes  (with  a crank, towing, by rolling a driving wheel, when it is in the air, etc).

6. Twist  in  the  plug  and  drive  the  starter  3-4 times for 3-4 sec with the break  intervals for 15-20 seconds.

7. For 2-stroke engines, dissolve the contents of another tube in 5-10 ml of motor oil and pour into the fuel tank.

8. Attach the central cable and switchboard, and run the engine at idle for 15 min.

9. Run the car in a usual mode.

General information about the XADO cylinders revitalizant:

XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives to the oils, no matter in what sequence they are applied.

The protective cermet coating is formed on metal surfaces from any alloys. However, if the state of the parts of the cylinder-piston group is critical (100% wear-out), the ruptured parts should be replaced.

 

Note on XADO Cylinder repair gel use:

It is advised to use medical syringes with a hollow  tube  for  nooks.  The  contents  of  the  tube with   the   revitalizant   can   be   dissolved   in

5-10 ml of motor oil. To avoid hydraulic shock,the total amount of the fluid introduced to the cylinder shall not exceed 20 ml.

With the diameter of the cylinder over 120 mm, the revitalization cycle should be repeated.
