XADO - 250 Mineral High Temperature Grease Revitalizant protects your equipment from wear operating under conditions of high temperatures.
XADO HIGH-SPEED greases are designed to repair, restore and protect assemblies and mechanisms from wear operating at high rotation speed. Contain revitalizant.
It is recommended to be used in frictionless and friction bearings with the frequency of rotation up to 36,000 rpm: conveyers and ovens in bakeries and confectionaries, drum driers, equipment for thermo-chemical treatment of metals, etc. Maximum working temperature: +250 °С.
Revitalizant XADO-250 compensates 30% wear, protects mechanisms, and also extends the service life of the bearings by 4 times.
For example in the paperboard plant, at the 96% humidity and under temperature 190 °C a bearing unit of drying cylinder had operated with XADO-250 for 1850 hours.
