REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DASH TRIMS

REFUND / EXCHANGE TIME-FRAME

The expiration period starts four (4) days after the product(s) ship and ends 15 days later, all claims must be filed in the RMA system within 15 days of receipt or it will be rejected automatically.

Customer may return the product after the purchase within 15 days after receiving it.

Any refund claims past 15 days of receipt of the purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances.

REFUNDS FOR DASH TRIM KITS

DASH TRIM RETURN AUTHORIZATION CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. PRODUCT MUST NOT BE DAMAGED.
  2. PRODUCT IS NOT USED.
  3. ADHESIVE COVER TAPE HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ADHESIVE ITSELF.

PLEASE NOTE: If you experience problems with the dash trim kit not fitting because of the wrong year or model that was sent to you or other reasons and you install some of the pieces. This dash trim kit will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Make sure you check everything before you install anything.

If any one of the options above A-C has to do with the dash trim kit you are returning, the dash trim kit will be automatically rejected for return authorization.

Vinyl dash trim kits are not eligible for refunds, but for exchange or store credit only.

Special orders are not refundable. You will be notified if your order is a special order or not.

EXCHANGES FOR DASH TRIM KITS

DASH TRIM EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. PRODUCT MUST NOT BE DAMAGED.
  2. PRODUCT IS NOT USED.
  3. ADHESIVE COVER TAPE HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ADHESIVE ITSELF.

Product, may be exchanged within refund / exchange time-frame. Any exchanges that have to do with the customers fault are subject to the following circumstances:

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges both ways and is responsible for the payment for the new product to be re-shipped.
  • Restocking fees will be waived on dash trims kit, unless it is a special order.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

There is 20% Restocking fee on wood, carbon fiber and aluminum dash trim kits returns.

There is 30% Restocking fee on all solid color dash trim kits returns. (excluding vinyl kits)

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless it is the shippers fault.

PLEASE NOTE: IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO DO A REFUND BECAUSE AN INCORRECT, WRONG, DAMAGED, LATE etc. PART WAS SENT TO HIM. A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED EITHER WAY. A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ONLY WAIVED IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO DO AN EXCHANGE OR ACCEPTS STORE CREDIT.

DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCT RECEIVED

If something damaged was received, the customer is to notify the shipping company within 3 days of receiving it. The customer may not return a product which is damaged or missing until all complaints have been resolved.

If something comes in and it has missing parts, the customer is to contact the shipper about it immediately within 3 business days to correct the problem or we will not be reliable for any claims after that date.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges both ways and is responsible for the payment for the new product to be re-shipped.
  • Restocking fees will be waived on certain products, if an exchange is processed. We may put a re-stocking fee on a certain product without any notice or specific date.

There is 25% restocking fee on all aftermarket products unless otherwise noted on the website for a specific product.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling and restocking fee charges unless it is the shippers fault.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR DASH TRIMS

SotechSystems.com (collectively referred to as "the Warrantor") is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or materials. The Warrantor will repair or replace this product(s) with new or refurbished parts free of charge in the USA . The Warrantor will not be responsible for postage of the package to the warrantor and back to the purchaser.

IF REPLACING/REPAIR IS NEEDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD THE PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH A SALES RECEIPT/PROOF OF PURCHASE INDICATION DATE OF PURCHASE, AMOUNT PAID AND PLACE OF PURCHASE OR NOTE FROM A SALES ASSOCIATE WITH LEGIBLE SIGNATURE. CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY UNIT RECEIVED WITHOUT SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE.

The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the unit to the SotechSystems.com address. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship, which occur during normal use ( NOT MISHANDLING INSTALLATION ). The warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication, set-up adjustments, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, wear and tear.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR AFTER MARKET PRODUCTS
